As Kaldıraç Sports Facilities Management Inc. ("Kaldıraç") we process your personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the KVKK.
Data processed
Your identity, contact, membership and payment details; club entry and exit logs; health information in the health declaration form (special-category data); body composition measurement results and training logs are processed. Security camera recording is made at club entrances, on the fitness floor and in common areas; there are no cameras in changing rooms, showers and toilets.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to perform the membership contract, ensure club security, prepare training programmes, invoice and meet legal obligations. Health and body measurement data is used only with your explicit consent and to prepare a programme specific to you.
Transfer, retention and your rights
Your data may be transferred to payment institutions, class booking and app infrastructure providers and, where legally required, authorised bodies. Entry logs are kept for 2 years and camera recordings for 30 days. After membership ends, data is kept for statutory periods.
