Frequently asked questions
Is there a joining fee?
No. There is no joining fee, card fee or hidden cost. You only pay the membership fee you choose.
How do I cancel my membership?
On a monthly membership you can leave with 30 days' written notice (email or app). On an annual membership you have an unconditional cancellation right in the first 14 days; afterwards freeze and transfer terms apply.
Can I move to another club?
Classic membership is valid at the home club and up to 4 times a month at other clubs, and Plus membership at all clubs in your city. If you move, the home club is changed free of charge. Premium membership is valid without limit at all 10 clubs.
Can I freeze my membership?
Annual memberships have a freeze right of up to 30 days, up to 90 days with a medical report. Monthly memberships are ended with notice.
